Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group has been set up to act as a channel of communication between patients and the practice to suggest ways in which the processes and practices by which patients access and use the services might be improved.
Our group has now been formed since August 2011 and are meeting regularly every two months.
We are very interested in recruiting patients for our group, we feel it is vital that all patients are represented in all age groups for us to be successful.
If you are interested and feel you would like to participate contact the Surgery

Getting Your View
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Join our patient Practice Group form to provide your consent for this.
