The PPG at New Barn Close Surgery is made up of a group of volunteer patients, the Practice Manager and a GP from the Practice who meet on a regular basis. PPG’s provide a platform for patients to communicate directly with the Practice team. This ensures patients concerns, preferences and needs are heard and considered in decision-making processes.

We are very interested in recruiting patients for our group. We feel it is vital that all patients are represented in all age groups to give feedback on our services. This can identify areas for improvement, make necessary changes, and enhance the overall quality of care.
