New Appointments System

September 2019

We have recently updated our appointment software to a new system. This will allowed improved Patient Access and on-line booking and will also integrate with NHS 111 services, who will soon be able to book appointments with us directly.

There are likely to be a few teething problems as we all get used to the new system - so please bear with us !

The patient touch screen at front reception will need updating to work with the new system, and we are currently awaiting an install date from the NHS.

If you are registered for on-line booking then you will need to follow the "Patient Access" link found under the Prescriptions tab above. This is a much easier way of booking appointments as only one set of login details is required for both appointments and prescriptions.

If you get stuck, or want to register for on-line patient access then please speak to our receptionists who will be glad to help.

Debit Card Machine now available

We have now installed a Debit Card machine for Chip and Pin and Contactless payments at the dispensary.

This will hopefully make all transactions easier. Please use our dispensary if you are elligible to do so. If you are not sure, then please just ask.

Generally, if you live in any of the surrounding villages then we are allowed to dispense your medication.

New Surgery News!

Thankyou to all our patients and local residents who attended the public consultation regarding the New barn Close Surgery at the Lifford Hall on the 1st February 2018. It was a massive success. We asked for attendees to complete a comments slip and these were overwhelmingly positive. We had 438 slips returned. Out of those 426 confirmed support for the project, 6 people did not support it and 6 people did not confirm a choice of whether they supported it or not. Overall 98.6% of people who responded were supportive of the project.

For those who did not manage to make the event, please keep returning to this page for the presentation and plans which will be uploaded shortly.

A massive thankyou for your on-going support. We are desperate to ensure a future for a GP Practice in Broadway and it is only by moving to a new premises that this can be ensured.
